Peter-Mikal B. Hansen is CEO of EasyBizChina Inc.
Mr. Hansen has been working as a business consultant in China for several years.
He has extensive experience from developing and implementing market entry strategies
for Scandinavian companies operating on the Chinese markets. Peter has most recently
been in charge of establishing the Danish business service company DI-Asia Base
Business Services Ltd. in Shanghai. The company is today the leading advisory service
for Danish manufacturers in China. Peter holds a Master degree in International
Political Economy from Aalborg University, Denmark. |

Penny Li is Web Operation Director and principally in charge of the operations of
EasyBizChina's products, technology, content and other administration of the company's
online services.
Ms. Li has held various positions within customer services, operation, project management
and engineering at various multi-national companies, including Ericsson Telecommunications.
Ms Li holds an MS in E-Commerce from Golden Gate University, California, USA.
