302 Danish companies are registered in China (November 15th, 2006). In comparison,
February 2005, 268 Danish were registered in China.

|
In 2005, 48% of Danish companies have more than 24 employees. 16% of the companies
have between 250 and 1,000 employees and 6% of the companies have more than 1,000
employees.

Danish investments in China: |
|
In the period between 1979 and 2004, total Danish investment reached an estimated
USD 1.883 billion.

Composition of sales revenue on the Chinese market: |
|
In 2005, in average, 30% of Danish companies' sales revenue came from sales of own
products produced at their own production facilities in China. 29% of sales revenue
came from imports to China of own products. 27% came from sales of services and
15% came from sales of products produced by other companies.

China's adherence to WTO regulations: |
|
A survey made by the Danish Trade Council China in 2005 concluded that Danish companies
do not find any major problems in China's adherence to the WTO regulations. Problems
mentioned were transparency in government regulations, licensing and quotas and
value added tax procedures.
