As illustrated in table 1 the total value of exports from Denmark to China reached 6.4 billion DKK in 2005. This figure is not impressive compared to total imports from China, although it marks an annual increase of about 10% annually.

China's Exports to Denmark:

Total imports from China to Denmark reached 21.7 billion DKK in 2005. This was a 30% increase from the year before, making China the fifth largest exporter to Denmark – only surpassed by Holland, UK, Sweden and Germany.

Textile products is a key import good from China. Denmark imported textiles for almost 5.5 billion DKK in 2005. In recent years, Denmark has also recorded a significant increase in import of electronic equipment from China.
