Dear Members and Friends, The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China is pleased to invite you and your colleagues to a breakfast meeting with Jonathan Woetzel, Director of McKinsey & Company, Greater China. This Breakfast meeting will be held at the Radisson SAS Hotel Beijing, Tuesday, September 16th at 08:00 am.
Mr. Woetzel has extensive experience in developing strategies and organizations for both industrial and consumer companies. Industries of particular interest are energy, basic materials, health care, telecom, and airlines. Mr. Woetzel has been an adviser for the national and local government authorities on economic development and reform issues in China. His public sector clients includes assisting the State Economic Commission of China, developing specific initiatives and regulatory changes to improve the foreign investment environment, developing economic policies for the cities of Shanghai, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Xian and Harbin, and drafting the energy policy of the Republic of China.
Mr. Woetzel holds a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Southern California and is author of three books about China. Jonathan Woetzel is based in Shanghai and has also worked in the Hong Kong, Los Angeles, New York, and Zurich offices. He leads McKinsey's Energy and Materials practice in Asia and its Corporate Finance practice in China.
