The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China is very pleased to invite you or your colleagues to an interactive workshop, which will be arranged on Tuesday the 3rd of June, under the Chamber theme "Exploring Swedish Management in China".
The target group is Chinese Mid-level managers or employees in Swedish companies in China. The purpose is to give this target group an opportunity to exchange experiences, to become more effective in dealing with differences in culture and leadership style, and to create a network with the other Chinese people working for Swedish companies in China.
In this highly interactive workshop, we will together explore the greatest challenges of working in a multicultural environment, as well as identify some good hands-on methods to deal with those challenges.
Ms. Lovisa Bergendal, Managing Partner and co-founder of Asia Pacific Leadership Development Institute (APLDI) and Mr. Johan Bjorksten, Founder and CEO of Eastwei Relations, will lead the workshop in Chinese.
