Speaker's Biography: James Allan, Head of Tenant Representation, Pudong, Jones Lang LaSalleJames has been based in Shanghai since 2006 and is a Tenant Representation specialist concentrating on occupier services. James has represented both established local and multi-national companies in Shanghai and prior to the Shanghai office, James worked in the DTZ head office in London within the Investment & Development Team, where he provided advice on a number of multi-million pound residential portfolios in Central London. James is also a Qualified Chartered Surveyor, Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
