The feedback from our first seminars under the theme "Exploring Swedish Management in China" has been clearly beyond our expactations. We are therefore happy to announce the next event in the series.
Sweden is a small nation, but with many large and small successful international companies. Swedish companies are well represented in China and are, in general, doing quite well here too. Swedish and Chinese staff work quite well together and it seems that the way Swedish companies are managed, by and large, suits both foreign and Chinese staff. But what is the Swedish management style? What makes Swedish companies successful and how can Chinese and Swedish staff benefit even further from it in China?
The Swedish Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite our members to Explore Swedish Management in order to improve your company? competitiveness in terms of attracting and retaining staff and its long terms financial success. This time we are proud to host two very experienced speakers from our member companies, Mr. Brice Koch from ABB China Ltd. and Mr. Magnus Nilsson from Elanders for a seminar on the 5th of June. They will share their personal experiences with us under the theme: "Reflections and experiences of working as a Senior Manager in a Swedish Company".
