Chinese Girl Fights Crocodiles In Beijing Zoo

The entertainment venues in China's capital are really revving it up in order to catch the attention of the 500,000+ tourists expected to flood Beijing during next month's Summer Olympics. One of the more adventurous initiatives belongs to the Beijing World Park's newest draw: A show featuring a girl fighting live crocodiles.

 

A key feature of the show would have put a smile on the face of now deceased Australian crocodile hunter/TV host Steve Irwin: The young girl places her smiling head inside the gaping mouth of a crocodile. Whether or not the show's run might come to a rather abrupt end a little ahead of schedule remains to be seen. But then again: You never know what's going to happen in showbiz.
