Product Details

The PVC compound we made is environment friendly plastic with safety plasticizer and no longer use DEHP in production. These products are measure up to RoHs, REACH and other ecodesign directive, which are widely used in toys, cables, farm implement and solar energy equipment. We make the product with high oil resistance, difficult-flammability and high temperature resistance especially in cable sheath series.

Features of high elasticity PVC

Our group have independence reach and manufacture technic. The raw material is high molecular weight PVC, it has very good elasticity performance. It can substitute rubber in some field.
It is very easy to modify surface brightness degree. It will be apply to high class products
It have good Anti-Abrasion and mechanical behavior.
It has better light resistance and ozone resistance than rubber.
It has good fatigue resistance and flexibility. It can apply to some area which before cannot.
The material′s viscosity will decrease a little under high temperature molding. It cans twice molding and 3rd time molding.
Coloring, particle distribution is very good, good weatherability and heat ageing easy color match performance compound
