1. Testing of large, heavy workpieces
With the new machines of the V-series, testing of large or heavy parts on the fixed testing platform 800 x 600 mm is no problem at all. 2. These machines are a completely new development. 3. The testing unit is traversed to the workpiece by means of a motor – a system that has been applied only for large inline hardness testers up to now. 4. A testing height up to 730 mm and a mount capacity of 400 mm also enables the testing of bulky parts in a very short time. 5. According to the machine configuration, the machine can handle loads between 9.81 N (HV1) up to 29430 N (HBW10/3000). 6. Fully automatic evaluation (V4C G3 / V5C G3) The fully automatic evaluation via camera and software is made possible by the special brightness control and the automatic focusing of the indentation. 7. The TFT display with touch-screen operation is mounted on the front of the machine and shows settings and displays. 8. Implementation of customer-specific conveyor systems. 9. Various slide and conveyor systems can be optionally added and make an individual adaptation to customer-specific components and their infeed possible. The machine can be extended to a fully automatic hardness tester. 10. CHD quick testing 11. The surface hardness, the case hardness depth CHD (0.2 to 1.6 mm) and the case hardness profile will be tested within 1 minute. 12. Caused by an optional connection to a quality-assurance server fully automated processes can be realized safer and more economically (Generation 2 and ecos CHD Module). 13. Possibility to connect a printer to the USB interface to print reports(direct printout from the hardness testing machine without additional PC). 26.
