Compared with the traditional Vertical grinding mill, MTM Series Medium Speed Trapezium Grinding Mill has six superiorities:
1. The rollers and rings are designed in inverted trapezium, which reduces the slip velocity of the material, prolongs the time for grinding, increase the grinding efficiency.
2. This machine adopts pressure spring balanced adding pressure, which enables the Force Point increased 40%. Damping can be realized through the resilient joint, which can still avoid resonance.
3. Being equipped with the high density vane of the finer power collector to increase the power fineness, under the same rotational speed, the capacity of the final power can be increased 50%.
4. The high-efficient energy-saving centrifugal induced wind fan is available. The efficient of the impact vane of air blower in the traditional grinding mill is only 62%, but the energy conservation impeller and the vane induced wind fan is 85%.
