Prime Cargo offers Track and Trace service for all its clients.

Naturally this service covers both Airfreight and Ocean freight.

This is not a track and trace of the container but instead of your order. Online you can follow shipment status from booking receipt, to cargo loading & cargo arrival.

After you have logged into the system please check "Port of loading" & "Departure date" which are the main search criteria. You can however also search on all the other criterias.

On page 2 you need to change the "Departure date" back to January 1 2008 and then push the track icon.

After this you will see an example of an order. When you double click you will enter the specific order where you can find information such as

●Order Number.
●Container Number.
●ETD.
●ETA.
●KG, CLL & CBM.
●Pieces.
●Vessel Name.
●B/L Number.

The order its-self will have 2 different statuses
●Booked.
●Shipped on board.
