Washing cycle:
Inside and outside pre-washing with water coming from the recycle water tank


Inside and outside recycled washing with detergent temperature adjustable around 70 degree, with automatic water level, and temperature is controlled by sensors.


Bottom Drying system with nozzles fed by compressed and microfiltered air supplied by the customer installed on the machine to eliminate the residue water on the bottom of bottle.


Inside Final rinsing with spring water or by ozonated water. (Ozone Generator is optional).

Two Final water-rinsing cycles ensure the cleanliness of bottles.


Unloading Section

At the end of the washing cycle the bottles are automatically discharged onto the exit conveyor.



Technical Fectures:


Machine is made of Stainless Steel AISI 304.

Intermittent Movement of the machine will start and stop to finalize washing process.

Enclosure Is made of plexiglass on the bottle in-feed and exit area.

Inside Lighting of all phases of the washing cycle.

Large Transparent windows are on all sides of machine to allow monitoring of the internal functions.
