JIN GANGTM cooling roller of VS-2000 is a patented new product of FCRI.
It is different from the current rapid cooling zone roller of gear-type,
or thread-type,in which it combines bigger and smaller teeth with each
bigger one containing two smaller ones.

This special structure enhances the thickness and bending strength of
VS-2000 cooling roller without increasing the intersection area,
therefore it has excellent thermal shock resistance to bear big
temperature gap during fast cooling zone of roller kiln.

At the same time,this special designed appearance of VS-2000 cooling
roller makes the movement of ceramic tiles smooth and stable on the
ceramic rollers. It is also applicable to a drying kiln.
