Ginde PPR-AL-PE composite pipe consists of 5 layers of material. The middle layer is a thin layer of Aluminum. The outer layer is PPR and the inner layer is PE or PPR. An adhesive is used between the middle layer and the outer & inner layers. The five layers are extruded under high pressure and high temperature.

PPR & PE are macromolecules with stable chemical properties. They are clean, toxin free, corrosion resistant, odorless, light weight, high mechanical strength, heat resistant and able to prevent encrustation. It has a lifespan of fifty years or more as confirmed by the international government.

b)The inner core of the pipe is made of Aluminum, which has a very low linear heat expansion coefficient. The pipe not only has the same strength as metal pipes but also be flexible and impact resistant properties.
c)Resistant to corrosion and scum:

e)Good property of heat preservation, heat conduction coefficient is 0.45W/m.k, which is much less than metal pipes ,and it can save insulation materials outside the pipeis 1/200 of metal pipes.

g)Surface: smooth inner and outer layers of the pipe reduce resistance to fluids, soft color and luster and beautiful appearance.
