Details:
1. Adopting newly-designed mix-smelting screw ensures the well-proportion plasticization
2. Double-throttle design for hanger- style die makes the adjustment of sheet thickness more precise.
3. vertical or 45 degree tilted style design for three-roller calendar, dynamoelectric or manually slightly with separate water temperature control
4. Inverter control for hauling-off unit, synchronous with the extruder
5. Double-station coiler
For PS sheet production, we adopt degassing type extruder.
The line is suitable for manufacturing 300-1500mm wide, 0.2-2mm sheet & 2-20mm plate.
