  • Hy-chrome
    Hy-chrome mud pump liners, made with a high chrome/iron sleeve or bi-metal sleeve into a forged steel hull, with shoulder (or HP, or stopper), can withstand the highest hoop stresses. The HRC can be from 60 to 64.
    Chrome-plated
    Chrome-plated Liners, made from forged steel, have cores plated by chrome. The HRC can be from 58 to 62.
    Hardened Steel
    Hardened steel liners can be made with a seamless steel tube or forged steel. The HRC can be from 58 to 62.
