2 Size box
Dual-immersion and pressing style. The front squesszing roller is a olive-core style squeezing roller with high pressure. The back one is b bare rubber roller.
Squeezing Roller adopts the structure of pneumatically pressing on both side Squeezing force of front squeezing roller is 02000kgf and the force of the back one is 0-1200kgf, set steplessly.
3 Dryer
Unit-combining structure, plain sealing drying cylinder made of stainless steel, 800(maybe 8, 10 or 12 PCS); Pre-drying cylinder is coated with Teflon.
Drying cylinder is driven in group. Dry cylinder is driven actively with chain and tooth sprockret wheel.
Predrying cylinder is half actively driven with chain and tooth sprocket. Wheel, side shaft with clutch device.
Hot and wet air is forced out by fan. The hood is made of stainless stee.
4 Headstock
Magnetic Powder clutch +PIV or PUX3 are used in winding drive.
Beam Winding in both direction to apply to the requirement of shuttleless loom with doubvle beam. Equipped with one-sided waxing and wax pre-melting device; marking device with two styles；electromagnetic double-hammer and box or single box.
Equipped With man-shap expansion. The strectch of reed piece and the shift of position may be regulated. The reed base swings up and down with low frequency.
Xpl Is used to fine-adjust the tension in wet split area.
With Side-pressing device with double-roller, pneumatically squeezed, max. Force 400kgf to make the machine more suitable for installation and operation uqstairs.
5 Electric
Electric Element according to international IEC is used in conventional electric system.
With Frequency convertor regulating the speed.
With Imported measuring instrument and regain instrument.
6 Others
Headstock And size box are pneumatically controlled. The factory without air-compressed station may prepare an small scale air-compressed machine, the flow is 0. 5m3/min, Output pressure 1Mpa.
